We’ve recorded several short Awareness Through Movement®explorations that you can do right at your computer. Each is between 4-5 minutes long. Be sure to bookmark this page so you can enjoy these “movement breaks” whenever you like! Or, download them to your computer, iPod, or burn to CD.
Be sure to go slowly and easily, always staying within your range of absolute comfort. You can easily hit the “pause” button at any time, if you’d like to take more time to explore a particular movement.
It’s probably best to do one of these, take a break for awhile, and come back later for another one. You could do them all, one after the next — but that wouldn’t be as much fun.
